A Safe Option for Your Newborn

No one ever has to feel like they have no choice. If you find yourself in a situation where you are unable to care for your newborn, the Safe Haven Law provides an anonymous, compassionate alternative. Under this law, you can legally and safely surrender your baby within 45 days of birth, with no fear of judgment or legal consequences. The process is simple: just bring your baby to a Safe Haven location and hand them over to a staff member.
