Thomson Onions Recall

Thomson International Inc. issued a voluntary recall for Red, Yellow, White, and Sweet Yellow Onions due to potential Salmonella contamination. These onions, distributed across the United States and Canada, pose health risks, including fever, diarrhea, nausea, and abdominal pain. If you’ve purchased onions from Thomson International Inc. or cannot confirm their source, discard them immediately.

Fresh Express Salad Recall

Date Published: June 27, 2020
Fresh Express recalled branded and private-label salad products containing iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, and carrots due to Cyclospora contamination risks. Products with a Product Code starting with "Z" and numbered 178 or lower are affected.

If you have these products, discard them and contact Fresh Express Consumer Response Center at 800-242-5472 for questions or refunds.

Gerber Products Company is initiating a recall and discontinuation of all batches of GERBER® SOOTHE N CHEW® TEETHING STICKS due to a potential choking hazard for babies and young children.

Consumers who may have purchased GERBER® SOOTHE N CHEW® TEETHING STICKS should not feed this product to their child and can return the product to the retailer where it was purchased for a refund. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a health care provider.
