Non-Critical: no cooking thermometer, hand-sink used for purposes other than hand-washing, freezer dirty, damaged and stained ceiling tile, broken floor tiles, inside cabinets dirty, floor dirty under shelving.

Critical: No employees with food safety training Non-Critical: Paint peeling on several walls and ceilings, some floors dirty- corrected on-site, some water damage on ceiling, ceiling vents and tiles around it dusty, missing floor tile, some metal shelving rusted, door coming apart.
