Savannah R-3 High School, 701 E Williams, Savannah, MO 64485. Re-inspection. 01/06/2015. Non-Critical: some ceiling stained/ damaged, some floor not smooth and easily cleanable.

Dollar General, 301 E Main, Savannah, MO 64485. Routine. 01/13/2015. Critical: raw meat stored above ready to eat foods, water fountain not being cleaned as food contact surface. Non-Critical: some store shelves dusty, bottom of cooler dirty, broken cooler seal, inadequate lighting in cooler, stained ceiling tile, no trash can lid in women’s restroom, no sanitizer test strips.

It Dawned on Me/ Rusty’s Café, 12789 Country Place Dr., Country Club, MO 64505. Pre-Opening. 1/20/2015. Critical: oven dirty, no sanitizer. Non-Critical: exposed wood present in kitchen, no thermometers in cold units or for cook’s use and no drying method at hand-sink.  

Duncan Hills Golf Course, 400 E Duncan, Savannah, MO 64485. Routine. 1/20/2015. Critical:  pop nozzles dirty, microwave dirty. Non-Critical: no hand-sink signage, no hair restraint, single service items stored in matter that is at risk for contamination, exhaust fans in bathrooms dirty, vent and light-shield in bathroom dirty.

Jesse’s Last Stop #2, 503 N Hwy 71, Savannah, MO 64485. Routine. 1/13/2015. Critical: pop nozzles on both machines dirty, no sanitizer. Non-Critical: boxes on pop machines dirty, leaking plumbing, dirty cabinet, dirty freezer, dirty floor, stained ceiling tiles, mop stored improperly, improper use of three compartment sink.

Re-inspection. 1/16/2015. Critical: pop nozzle on pepsi machine dirty, no sanitizer. Non-Critical: freezer dirty, floor dirty, stained ceiling tiles.

Critical: employee’s on-site have no food handler or serve safe certifications, food items not holding at 135degrees or above, inadequate washing of food contact surface (slicer now broken down every four hours), microwave dirty, grinder dirty, potentially hazardous food stored past 7-day date mark, raw meat product stored above ready-to-eat food in freezer, straw bin dirty, pop nozzles dirty, inside warmer dirty.
