Critical: Dead roaches found throughout, milk shake mixer dirty, inside refrigerator has standing water inside- contaminating food items, utensil bin dirty, dead mouse found in trap- taken to dumpster, some potentially hazardous foods have no 7-day date-marking- corrected, mouse droppings found.
