Food Establishment Inspection Reports

 

The Andrew County Health Department conducts food service inspections under the authority of the Andrew County Food Service Ordinance. This Ordinance sets forth standards by which sources of food, food service establishments, food service personnel, and food service equipment are regulated to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public. Critical items relate directly to factors which lead to Foodborne illness, these items must receive immediate action. Non-critical items relate to the maintenance of food operations and cleanliness, these items are to be corrected by the next regular inspection.

November 2015 Food Establishment Inspection Report

North Andrew, 9120 HWY 48, Rosendale, MO 64483. Routine. 11/06/2015. Critical: Mouse droppings found, possibly old. Licensed pest inspection completed 3weeks prior. Non-Critical: Cold units dirty, hot-wells have rust, dirty light-shields, floor under cold unit dirty.

Savannah R-3 Minnie Cline, 808 W Price, Savannah, MO 64485. Routine. 11/20/2015. Critical: Cold food holding above 41degrees - corrected. Non-Critical: Broken lids on food product without risk of contamination, fan dirty, dirty bin.

Savannah R-3 Amazonia, 845 6th St., Amazonia, MO, 64421. Routine. 11/20/2015. Non-Critical: Dirty ceiling fan, broken lid without risk of contamination, cracked shelving in cold unit, open dumpster lids.

Savannah R-3 Helena Elementary, 21080 Osage St., Helena, MO, 64459. Routine. 11/20/2015. Non-Critical: Dirty ceiling fan, chipping paint on cabinet, food debris in some cabinets, damaged floor, torn floor mat.
